Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
